South African netball players based in Australia and the UK delivered standout performances this past weekend, with big wins and individual brilliance across top leagues.<\/h2>\n

Global (31 March 2026) – <\/em>Ever wondered how many South African netball players are out there lighting up different leagues around the world? South African netball talent continues to make waves across the globe, with players based overseas delivering standout performances in both Australia and the UK this past weekend.<\/p>\n

Elmer\u00e9 van der Berg- Adelaide Thunderbirds\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

Over in the Suncorp Super Netball,<\/a> Elmer\u00e9 van der Berg was in unstoppable form as her Adelaide Thunderbirds side cruised to a commanding 73\u201346 victory over the Queensland Firebirds.<\/p>\n

It marked a third straight win for the team and their biggest winning margin yet. Van der Berg led from the front with an incredible 44 goals, continuing her red-hot streak and cementing her place at the top of the scoring charts.<\/p>\n
